Duo News: Album & Shows
My friend Andy Cambria and I are getting up to a lot this month.
First: EP recording next week! We’ve got 6-7 songs to lay down, all live and beautifully captured by the very talented Zachariah Hickman of Greedy Beast Studios. I cannot wait to share these with you folks. We’re still deciding on release plans beyond the usual Bandcamp and online streaming. CDs? Vinyl? Hand-copied cassette tapes? To be determined…
In the meantime, we’ve also got several shows coming up that’ll take us all over the Greater Boston Area:
Saturday, April 11 at The Sandpaper Factory in Rockland, MA
An intimate evening of live music and art in one of Rockland’s most creative spaces. Our host Rob Henriksen will open. Doors at 6pm, show starts at 7pm. Every show they pick a local organization to donate some of the proceeds to, and for this one they'll go to the Hope Floats Healing & Wellness Center, an organization that is a bereavement and educational center for adults, children, teens, and their families who are grieving, dealing with illness, or facing other life challenges.
Tickets are $17 and can purchased here // RSVP and share on Facebook
Monday, April 13 at the LOMA Bemis Hall Open Mic in Lincoln, MA
We'll be the featured act at the monthly open mic at LOMA Bemis Hall from 8:30-9pm. Perform (contact loma3re@gmail.com) or just come listen to acoustic music and spoken word at Bemis Hall (2nd floor) at 15 Bedford Road in Lincoln, MA. Doors at 6:30, music 7-10pm. No cover!
Sunday, April 19 at Passim's Down Home Up Here Festival in Cambridge, MA
A whole weekend of New England bluegrass, old-time and adjacent/inspired music! Our set is at 5pm on Sunday, but if you can make a whole afternoon/night of it, definitely do. So many good acts to check out! Get yer tickets here.
